14th September 2014 - ‘KAHO KAHANI’ Hindi Story Telling Competition
Hindi Diwas is celebrated every year across India on 14 September to memorialize the historic occasion of adoption of Hindi as the official language of the country. In order to promote Hindi and to inculcate in the students respect for our National Language, a Hindi Story Telling Competition ‘Kaho Kahani’ was organized in S R World School. The students participated with great zeal and enthusiasm. The audience was enthralled and transported to a different world by the little story tellers.

10 सितम्बर 2014 - कविता वाचन प्रतियोगिता
हमारे देश में कई भाषाएँ हैं| हिन्दी हमारे राष्ट्र के माथे की बिन्दी है। हिन्दी दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में आज हमारे विद्यालय में कविता वाचन प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया| कक्षा तीसरी और चौथी के विद्यार्थियों ने अपनी–अपनी कविताएँ प्रस्तुत की| सभी बच्चों ने विभिन्न विषयों पर कविता वाचन किया| बच्चों ने बहुत ही जोश, उमंग तथा उत्साह के साथ इस कार्यक्रम में हिस्सा लिया|

5th September 2014 - A Visit to the Fire Station & the ISKCON Temple
Educational trips offer an opportunity for students to get exposure to ‘real’ people and places, also an opportunity to make connections with others. The importance of these trips includes giving students a chance to build closer bonds with their classmates, experience new environment and enjoy a day away from the classroom.
Keeping this in mind, a visit to the fire station and the ISKCON Temple was organized for the students of classes Pre Primary (Pearls) to Class IV. Students got a firsthand experience of fire station. They were informed about the different types of fires, hazards and ways to extinguish fire. At the ISKCON Temple children sang hymns and enjoyed the serene environment. It was a pleasant experience for them.

3rd September 2014 - A Visit to Gurudwara (Pre School)
In order to inculcate respect for all religions, S R World School organized a visit to Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha, Sector 11 Dwarka for the tiny tots of Preschool on Wednesday, September 03, 2014. The Gurudwara had a serene atmosphere. The students with their pure souls bowed their heads before the holy book - The Guru Granth Sahib. The Little kids sang the Gurbani and were also told about Gurvachan by the Pathi Sahab. The Pathi Sahab did ardaas for the school and the children. Everyone was then offered the delicious halwa as Prasad. All the children thoroughly enjoyed the visit.
