It commenced with a yoga dance where they practised spirituality with ample space around. Unlike worn-out asanas, it was a rich session which accounted for a good heart-exercise.
Students then also meditated to destress and invigorate their senses. After moments of placid meditation, they lunched and made merry in the company of nature and exchanged several ideas and thoughts. Inundated with banter and interaction, it made for a lively time.
Last, but not the least, our students played cricket, badminton, and volleyball. They took tons of pictures, made memories, and seized the day.
The day packed quite a punch; where the students enjoyed the benefits of both yoga and the great outdoors.
